- Click the authorization link received in response to grant the bot access to your Google Calendar
- Forward any appointment-related emails to [email protected]
- The bot will automatically create calendar events based on the email content
For additional functionality, users can:
- Include specific event names through instructional prompts
- Add multiple email addresses by including “add” before the second email address in the subject line
Regarding privacy concerns, Fwd2cal’s policy emphasizes that while emails and events are processed by AI, they are never stored. The service only retains user email addresses and excludes storing addresses mentioned in forwarded emails.
