The CES 2026 event in Las Vegas brought several mind-blowing gadgets to the world. But other than AI products, robots, and foldable screens, there were gadgets and technologies no one thought or expected. The different innovations that were the highlight of the largest tech show this year are listed here.
Micro RGB TVs
The next time you go to buy a Television set, Micro RGB TV is going to be the latest addition. Similar to tiny lights, this technology gives more accurate colours than LED and OLED TVs. Samsung’s Jumbo TV and LG’s Micro RGB set were among the major contenders in the Category.
Monitors and projectors
Several new inventions have been made to monitors and projectors, with Dell unveiling a 52-inch ultrawide curved 6k monitor, presumably the first in the world. The monitor has a feature to hook four PCs together and give separate sections for the display of each of them. Ahead of the show, both LG and Samsung unveiled new gaming monitors.
Samsung also brought its Freestyle+ projector’s latest model to the show. The new model is brighter and has a keystone correction feature. The Titan Noir Max, by XGIMI, was another powerful projector at the show.
Samsung products
Other than TV and Projectors, the South Korean giant had several new gadgets to showcase at the event. Samsung announced two new Soundbars and its stylish Music studio speakers. Another major highlight for Samsung and the tech world was its AI integration in home appliances, which included using AI to select vegetables from inside the fridge, and footnote, among other things.
LG
LG came up with the CLOiD robot, which is designed to do home chores like laundry handling, folding clothes, and serving food. The LG Sound Suite, a debut soundbox like the one by Sonos, was among LG’s major inventions.
Lego
Lego made its debut at the event and unveiled its Smartbrick, which is a standard-sized brick with a 4.1mm ASIC chip, made to respond according to what you are designing. Along with Smart bricks, it also launched Smart tags and Smart mini figures to help Smart bricks know the context of their usage.
