After months of speculations and rumours around their private lives, Jay Bhanushali and Mahi Vij have confirmed that the couple is separating after 14 years of their marriage. On 4th January, Jay Bhanushali announced via his Instagram that the couple had decided to separate.
The popular Indian TV couple got married in 2011; they have three kids, and both of them stated that they have decided to move ahead on different paths, but also decided to stay fully committed to their kids. In their shared post, they also added that though they have decided to take different paths ahead, none of them is the villain, and they have decided to choose peace over any drama.
They further said that they continued to remain friends as they have always been, as they asked their audience to respect their decision, and continue their support. The couple has three kids: Tara, who was born in 2019, is their biological child, while Rajveer and Khushi are their foster kids, whom they adopted in 2017.
The couple has been active on social media, especially as they share their children’s videos and candid moments on their Instagram and YouTube handles. On their professional fronts, Jay is currently hosting different reality shows, while Mahi made her comeback with the new show, ‘Seher hone ko hai’.
Mahi and Jay first met at a club, and Jay had earlier revealed that, within a few months, he knew he wanted to marry Mahi. They married in the year 2011 and have also appeared in the popular dance show, Nach Baliye. Though rumours about their separation have been in the News since 2025, they have continuously denied it, until now.
